Well, this is the first post from sunny Minjup, WA 6969.
As usual not much happening at this time of day though my big Saturday morning will start when I can walk down to the deli and buy the Weekend Oz and get on with the Times crossword.
Didn't get one yesterday because the whole country was celebrating ANZAC Day and the post pigeons didn't get this far.
Sometimes I wonder what kind of country this is when it stops for celebrating loss in war, a horse race, an invasion/dispossession of an ancient culture and the crucifixion of an otherwise obscure Palestinian Jew whose fan club got out of hand.
Not to mention the non-birthday of another country's Queen.
