Suck darling ... "blow" is just an expression

What sucks because it doesn't suck?
This:
It's the Ryobi EMB2000ET Blowervac.
I bought one and, if you leave it over a single leaf for 30 seconds, it will suck it up or blow it away.
A garden rake does a better job and doesn't give you backache.

Took it back to Bunnings and they asked "Is it broken?"
I said: No it just doesn't do the job.
Then they said "Take it up with Ryobi".
So I called them on 1300 361 505.
Try it for lark!

They said "Take it back to Bunnings".
I mentioned the Trade Practices Act.
Not that I'm full bottle on that particular piece of legislation -- though I once knew someone who was.
The bloke on the phone said my claim about his/their piece of shit was "hearsay".
I told him what that word meant, but he wasn't persuaded.
Said I'd turn the fucker on and point the phone at it if he wanted.
Or else he could make a trip to Minjup and inspect it.

So he eventually said: "Take it to our service person in Cloverdale".
Cloverfuckingdale?
610fucking5?

I said I'd do that if it were broken, but it isn't.
Just that it won't suck or blow and never has ... much.
As in: half an hour to do the carport.

How do you make a complaint under the Trade Practices Act (Commonwealth 1974)?
Or else, it'll just be on the verge for the next pickup.
That'll make me the envy of the neighbours.
