Do you get a sense that this needs translation from pollie-speak into ordinary English?
Always be alarmed when you hear the word "community" -- even if you don't quite reach for your gun.
And then, think about "contemporary" and "vibrant".
They mean "Hello McDonalds" and "Bye-bye the Minjup Chippie".
