Just finished the real Times 24449 to find lots of old friends.
But sometimes I worry that they (crosswords) just take up so much time to almost no end.
It's a thing that plagues me from time to time.

Good isn't it that our national broadcaster shows the odd Oz film?
It includes a nice quotation from Bertrand Russell (also attributed to John Lennon) that almost gets me off the CMI hook:
