His pies aren't bad but he couldn't have won with the steak & kidney (always cold) or the pepper steak (frequent gristle).
They didn't say who came first and second but I'm guessing (1) Miami Bakehouse and (2) Kojonup Bakery.
If you're near those places, give 'em a go.
Then there's this, in a place near to my heart.
Pity they don't enter -- they'd clean up every time.
